KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

Appellant was charged with and convicted of the offense of child molestation, A.R.S. § 13-1410, a class two felony. He was sentenced to a presumptive term of imprisonment of seven years.

Appellant was alleged to have engaged in certain sexual conduct with two female victims. One of the victims, who was five years old at the time of the incident and six years old at the time...
