Appellant Frederick T. Lockhart was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.343(c) (1984). He was also convicted of two misdemeanors, trespass, Minn.Stat. § 609.605 (1984), and assault in the fifth degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.224 (1984), as lesser offenses of burglary.
