LACAGNINA, Judge.

In this case Alice Elenore Nieuwenhuis, having pled guilty to possession of marijuana for sale, a class 4 felony, was placed on three years' probation. Following her arrest on a charge of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and following a probation revocation hearing, the court found that she had violated the conditions of probation and sentenced her to a four-year presumptive term to be served concurrently with the federal sentence...
