Defendants-appellants, Erva Needham, n.k.a. Erva Perz, and her husband, Thomas Perz, challenge an order issued by the Medina County Common Pleas Court denying their motion to set aside an appropriation judgment because their former attorney settled the lawsuit without their consent. We affirm.
