RINGLAND, J.
On March 15, 1985, plaintiff, Saeilo Machinery, Inc., filed its complaint in replevin and a motion for possession. A hearing was held on April 12, 1985 on the motion for possession, and on the motion to dismiss the complaint which defendant had filed on March 27.
