MEMORANDUM and ORDER

ELFVIN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, an Italian-American male, instituted this action against the United States Postal Service alleging that he had been unlawfully terminated from his position as a mail handler on the basis of his national origin in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2. In an Order of November 24, 1982 I referred this case to the Magistrate to hold a hearing and thereafter report his findings...
