BISHOP, Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Harford County which granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii to appellant, Patricia Anne Harman, from appellee, Robert S. Harman, on the grounds of desertion. The decree also awarded appellant alimony for two years in the amount of $400.00 per month, a 1/8 interest in appellee's pension, and $1,000.00 in counsel fees.
