Richard T. Koenings (Koenings) appeals from the trial court's order for judgment and judgment which changed a jury verdict in favor of Koenings from $44,416.60 to zero. The Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company and the Stroh Brewery Company (collectively, Schlitz) cross appeal from that part of the judgment which granted to Koenings $3,282.99 in damages. We affirm that part of the judgment reducing the jury's verdict...
