During the second day of jury deliberations in this personal injury case the jurors presented to the trial court a series of written questions. After consulting with counsel the court responded to the questions in writing, and thereafter the jury returned special verdicts on which judgment was entered for defendant Aluminum Company of America (Alcoa).
