LACAGNINA, Judge.

In this case Robert Lee Holland was charged by information with one count of driving when under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while license is suspended, revoked or refused and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .10 or more while license is suspended, revoked or refused, both class 5 felonies.
