This is an appeal from a January 25, 1985 judgment of conviction by jury verdict for the offense of driving a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration exceeding .10 in violation of Minn.Stat. § 169.121, subd. 1(d) (1984). Appellant seeks reversal of the conviction and a new trial based on (1) denial of his right to recorded voir dire without incurring the cost thereof, and (2) prejudicial supervision of jury deliberations.
