Appellant, Jonnene La Vae Winter, and her co-defendant, Dean Edward Nicholson, were charged with two counts of theft, class 3 felonies, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-1802. Appellant's trial was severed from that of her co-defendant and she was found guilty of both counts. The jury returned a special verdict that the theft alleged in Count II occurred before the theft alleged in Count I. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent mitigated...
