The question in this appeal relates to the extent the latest testamentary document of testator Rudolph J. Hoffman revoked his prior testamentary documents.

Testator was a farmer in southwest Iowa. He and his wife had ten children. His wife predeceased him. Apparently she owned a house in Carroll and a farm, in which she devised to him a life estate. Testator himself owned another farm, where he lived with his unmarried son, Loren. Before...
