The plaintiff appeals from the trial court's granting of the defendant's motion for summary judgment.

The plaintiff, Agapito Lopez, was employed by the defendant, United Nurseries, Inc., as a farm worker in Virginia. In connection with the plaintiff's employment, the defendant supplied him with housing at a nominal cost.
