Crim.P. 15(a)(2), 378 Mass. 882-883 (1979), from the allowance by a District Court judge of the defendants' motions to suppress a "roach," a quantity of marihuana in a plastic bag, a pipe containing marihuana, and a 9 mm. semiautomatic handgun. The contraband was seized from an automobile driven by the defendant Oreto in which the defendant Boozang was a passenger...
