Appellant was convicted of burglary and rape. His motion for new trial was denied and he appeals. The sole enumeration of error is that the trial court erred in failing to grant appellant's motion for new trial on the ground that the State had withheld exculpatory evidence which should have been produced in response to a Brady motion. See Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (83 S.C. 1194, 10 LE2d 215) (1963)...
