A jury convicted appellant of operating a motor vehicle after his driving privilege had been suspended, in violation of D.C. Code § 40-302(e) (Supp.1984). The court sentenced him to a term of 15 days in jail, execution of sentence suspended, placed him on one year's probation and imposed a $150 traffic enforcement fine.
