George O'Grady supplicates this court to grant his appeal from a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession with intent to deal in a Schedule I controlled substance, heroin (IND. CODE 35-48-4-2, Class B felony), upon which verdict the trial court sentenced him to ten years.
