The natural mother, F.W., appeals the termination of her parental rights with respect to her three children: K.L.C. (a son born November 18, 1976); K.C. (a daughter born September 28, 1978); and K.K.B. (a daughter born January 8, 1982). She asserts: (1) she was denied due process because the judge who presided at the termination hearing was not the same judge who issued the termination order; and (2) the State failed to establish grounds for termination...
