DUFRESNE, Judge.
The defendant, Paul Winborn, was charged with second degree murder, R.S. 14:30.1. He entered a plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. After due proceedings, he was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced him to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals urging one of six assignment of errors.
