This is an appeal from the trial court judgment in a wrongful death action in favor of plaintiff, Robert Ryan.

FACTS

On the night of December 10,1978, Bradley S. Ryan and his roommate, Marc Fournet attended a social gathering at the home of George Vicknair in Baton Rouge.
