These are combined appeals. In Continental Ins. Co. v. Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation, the defendant, Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation (CNG), is appealing from a judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, The Continental Insurance Company (Continental).
