Theodore J. Salamak appeals here an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which concluded that he was disqualified from receiving benefits under Section 402(h) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1 and had received a fault overpayment in the amount of $3,732 which is subject to recoupment under Section 804(a) of the Law.2...
