The plaintiff has appealed from a judgment rendered for the defendant in accordance with a directed verdict as to one portion of the plaintiff's revised complaint, and from a judgment rendered following a jury verdict as to the remainder of the revised complaint.

Between November 3 and November 4, 1981, a restaurant owned and operated by the plaintiff was virtually destroyed by fire. The plaintiff sought to recover on a multiperil insurance policy...
