The defendant appeals from judgments and sentences of imprisonment entered against him after verdicts of guilty were returned by the jury on charges of first degree burglary and felonious larceny. On appeal he contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the charges because of the State's failure to join them for trial with a related murder charge and for a violation of the prohibition against double jeopardy.
