SANDLER, J. P.

The most important question presented on this appeal is whether the State courts have concurrent jurisdiction with Federal courts to adjudicate private civil actions for treble damages under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act (18 USC §§ 1961-1968, in particular § 1964 [c]). We hold that they do not.
