Petitioner Kenneth Paul Foley appeals from the district court's judgment on judicial review affirming an order and amended order of respondent Iowa department of transportation (DOT) revoking his driver's license for one year and denying his eligibility for a temporary restricted license (work permit) that would allow him to drive to and from (and in the course of) his job.
