Plaintiffs' first three assignments of error concern the discrepancy between the original of the emergency room record prepared in connection with Mr. Paris' 27-28 November 1980 visit and the copy provided by defendants to plaintiffs' counsel. In their first argument, plaintiffs contend that it was error for the trial court to deny their motion to amend the complaint to add falsification of medical records as an additional act of negligence...
