MEYER, Justice.

Defendant raises one issue on appeal to this Court: whether defendant's confession should have been suppressed as violative of defendant's fifth, sixth, and fourteenth amendment rights to counsel as guaranteed by the United States Constitution. For the reasons stated herein, we have concluded that defendant's statement was properly admitted into evidence and we therefore find no error.
