In these wrongful death and survivorship actions against the City of Columbia, Fannie Moore, administratrix of the estate of her son, Michael J. Moore, alleges the City violated Title 42 U.S.C. Sections 1983 and 1985 when its police officers shot and killed her son as he fled apprehension.
