This petition is brought midtrial after the trial court denied a motion to quash a subpena duces tecum served on Cesar Chavez demanding that he appear and bring with him numerous records. The United Farm Workers of America, AFL-CIO (Union) sought to quash the subpena insofar as it sought records which revealed (1) the names of the Union's members, (2) the names of Union strikers in the Imperial Valley in 1979 and...
