Coonrad brings two consolidated certiorari actions to review fee allowances made by the defendant district court under Iowa Code sections 815.7 and 663A.5 (1983) for his services in representing several indigent persons in various unrelated criminal prosecutions and postconviction proceedings. We annul the writs.
