ROBBINS v. ROBBINS

19 Mass. App. Ct. 538 (1985)

476 N.E.2d 230

JEAN ROBBINS vs. RYLAND EDWARD ROBBINS.

Appeals Court of Massachusetts, Hampden.

March 28, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Edward J. Barry for the defendant.

John I. Robinson (David J. Martel with him) for the plaintiff.

Present: BROWN, KAPLAN, & PERRETTA, JJ.

KAPLAN, J.

With regret, we are obliged upon the husband's appeal to remand, for reconsideration, an order of a judge of the Probate Court awarding fees and expenses to counsel for the plaintiff wife in an action for divorce. We are especially regretful because we have previously made a similar ruling in the same case for the same reason, namely, insufficient support in the record. Robbins v. Robbins, 16 Mass.App.Ct. 576
