Gwindle G. Gosdin was tried, with a co-defendant, of four counts of burglary. The co-defendant, Adams, was acquitted. The evidence shows the four burglaries occurred in April 1984. In each instance, the victims were in the process of selling their homes through a multiple listing service, which published descriptions and pictures of the homes in a booklet.
