Plaintiffs appeal from the summary judgment granted in favor of defendants Jarrell and Vossler, Sheriff and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, respectively, of Lassen County. They contend the trial court erred in finding those defendants immune from liability for injuries inflicted on plaintiffs by other prisoners while plaintiffs were inmates in the Lassen County jail.
