LIVERMORE, Judge.

Plaintiff, William Chapman, was injured when an explosion at an electrical fuse box caused his pants to ignite seriously burning him. He claimed that the pants manufactured by defendant were defective because they were not made with a fire retardant or because they were sold without a warning of the danger of fire.
