These two combined appeals arise out of the efforts of the defendant, the Torrington board of education, to terminate the teaching contract of the plaintiff, Neil F. Pagano, a tenured teacher. In Appeal No. 2800, Pagano appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his administrative appeal from the decision of the board. That decision was to terminate his teaching contract.
