This appeal involves the economic terms of a marriage dissolution. An unusual issue evolves from the trial court's order that subjected the children's assets, accumulated from gifts under the Uniform Gifts to Minors Act, Iowa Code chapter 565A, to use for their support in lieu of parental support.
