EXUM, Justice.

This appeal presents two questions. The first is whether the trial court made sufficient findings of fact to support its conclusions that it had personal jurisdiction over defendant B. Mears Corporation. We conclude that it did not. The second is whether the trial court correctly denied this defendant's motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(6) of the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. We conclude that it did.
