SWANSON, J.

Michael Thornton appeals the superior court judgment and sentence for three counts of first degree robbery, RCW 9A.56.200(1)(a) and (b) and 9A.56.190, while armed with a deadly weapon, RCW 9.95.040, and a firearm, RCW 9.41.025. He claims that the denial of the motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of the police car stop and arrest was error. We affirm.
