Upon a plea of guilty Donald E. Schulz was convicted of second offense driving while intoxicated and was later sentenced to probation for a period of 1 year. Among the terms and conditions of the probation were that his operator's license be suspended for 6 months and that he serve 48 hours in the county jail, abstain from the use of alcoholic beverages, and submit to chemical tests at the request of the probation officer.
