The defendants, Charlie Mitchell and Clyde B. Mitchell, were each jointly charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, PCP, conspiracy to distribute PCP, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Subsequent to a joint trial on October 17, 1984, the jury found defendant Charlie Mitchell guilty as charged of all four counts and found defendant Clyde Mitchell guilty as charged of counts one, two and three, and...
