Appellants Henry C. Wingo and Derry P. Wingo entered into an option agreement with respondent Westminster Company, Inc. By the terms of the agreement, the Wingos granted Westminster the right to buy a certain tract of land for a specified purchase price and Westminster paid certain funds into escrow.
