In this action for fraud and misrepresentation, the plaintiffs, Howard and Barbara Williams, Kennith Whichard and Whichard Investments, Inc., alleged the following facts in their Complaint: The defendants, David and Annie Jennette, advertised for sale a 346.2 acre wooded tract along the Chowan River and Albemarle Sound.
