This appeal is taken from a judgment reforming certain deeds which conveyed a fee simple interest to members of the grantors' family to reflect the conveyance of remainder interests with a life estate in the grantors. The primary issues on appeal are whether there was sufficient evidence to support the judgment; whether unilateral mistake of the grantors in a conveyance of real property is a sufficient basis for reformation...
