This is an appeal from a judgment on a rule to change child custody and support. The trial court's original plan gave domiciliary custody of the three-year old son, Robby, to the mother, Mrs. Carroway, leaving to Mr. Carroway alternate weekends and holidays. Mr. Carroway appealed, contending that the weekend plan did not satisfy the requirements of joint custody under LSA-C.C. arts. 146 and 157.
