CIACCIO, Judge.

Plaintiff sued New Orleans Public Service, Inc. and the City of New Orleans for damages allegedly caused by vibrations from public service buses passing on the street in front of plaintiff's house. The trial court rendered judgment in plaintiff's favor and against NOPSI for five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars. The City of New Orleans was dismissed.
