FORSBERG, Judge.

Stuart Desjarlait appeals the custody award of the Beltrami County Court. We affirm.

FACTS

Irene Desjarlait and Stuart Desjarlait are the parents of Corey and Kristie. All four are enrolled members of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians. Corey was born in 1977, and Kristie was born in 1979. The trial court found that from the time Corey and Kristie were born up until Stuart and Irene were married in June 1981...
