This is an appeal from two summary judgments, both in favor of the defendant/appellee, Citicorp Person-to-Person Financial Center. The first judgment dismissed Counts 1, 2, and 4 of the complaint of the appellants, Augustin V. Teran and wife, Soila, and the second dismissed Count 5.
