CAMPBELL, Judge.
This is an appeal from a nonfinal order granting appellees' petition for writ of habeas corpus in a child custody dispute. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii). We reverse the action of the trial court and quash the writ of habeas corpus.
